how can this program help me?

Our TDAE Lifestyle Nutrition Coaching is a convenient, habit-based, and completely online program. It is designed to manageably transform the habits, lifestyle, and mindset behind your choices and actions so that you can live a fit and healthy life with ease, forever, not just for 30 days.

Whether your goals are focused on feeling and moving better, fat loss, maintenance, improving your relationship with food, increasing energy, or feeling more at ease with your eating, this program has you covered.


HOW IS THE COACHING DELIVERED?

The program: Powered by world renowned Precision Nutrition's coaching curriculum and software, each client will have their own dashboard. This is the main hub containing new habit information, accountability tracking, progress updates, short supplementary lessons, and messaging between you and your coach. 

Content: A new habit is introduced every two weeks, so you can focus like a laser on progressing at one skill at a time. Through small daily actions, you’ll work on each habit so that it sticks as you layer on the next one. Quick optional weekday lessons provide reflection and education around your current habit. Some have questions at the end, and any responses get sent right to your coach. 

Each Friday you’ll receive an outline from your TDAE coach on any new lessons and habits that are coming up, which includes an FAQ and infographic so that you can prepare over the weekend and quickly put your new habit into action in some small way. Simple weekly recipes will foster ideas and an opportunity to curate your own digital recipe book. 

Our personalized approach: Your coach reads and responds Monday through Friday to any answers you’ve submitted to the lessons, so you’re regularly in contact and receiving as much individual support as you want. 

Message your TDAE coach anytime through your dashboard with any questions you might have, including if you think a habit needs to be customized for you. Through this feature, your coach will also send you personalized portion size recommendations based on your goals and preferences with each food based habit. 

Want additional support and accountability? Take advantage of up to two 15-minute phone or video check-ins per month.


How much daily time does this require?

One to two minutes is required to sign-in daily and answer ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to making progress on your current habit. Optional lessons take about 5 minutes to read and a few more minutes to respond if there are questions at the end.

Additional time is required weekly to plan ahead and daily to practice the habits. Education and information are great but worthless if not acted upon. Experimenting, reflecting, and adjusting your approach to the habits are what drives life-changing results. How much time you want to dedicate to planning and practicing the habits is up to you!

Some people take advantage of everything and others focus solely on acting on the habits then checking in occasionally to update their coach or ask questions. Whether you’re at either end of the spectrum or somewhere in between, if you’re using a flexible and mindful approach to practice the habits, you’ll make progress either way.


How long is the program?

If you've ever tried a 7-day cleanse or a 30-day total overhaul of your diet and felt immense pressure with substantial changes in such a short period of time, that's because permanent lifestyle changes take time. Chances are you didn’t develop your current habits overnight, so it will take consistency and patience to change your typical thoughts, actions, and habits. This approach emphasizes progress, NOT perfection, so you can breathe easier.

Because of this, we offer two different lengths:

  1. 10-month complete program: Learn and practice twenty-one nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset habits over the course of 10 months to figure out, with support from your coach, how they work in your life with your schedule and your responsibilities. This option is especially helpful for anyone with a history of unsuccessful yo-yo dieting who is looking to create more ease around eating, improve their relationship with food, and address all the other factors within ourselves and our daily lives that affect what, how, and why we eat. 

  2. 5-month program: Sign up for the first half of the program, learning and practicing ten foundational nutrition habits that cover ,what and how to eat and prepare your meals to help you reach your goals. At the end of five months, you have the option to renew and complete the remaining five months of the program.


what kind of technology do i need?

As long as you have wifi, you can access your dashboard from a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone through email or using your direct link.

Apple users can also download the new app to streamline messaging and content review. Android users, they’re working on an app for you right now and it will be out as soon as possible.

In this program, you'll practice:

  • Eating nutritious sources of proteins, carbs, and fats

  • Incorporating more whole foods

  • Drinking fewer liquid calories

  • Tuning into your hunger and appetite cues

  • Adjusting your environment to promote progress

  • Using eating speed and mindfulness to your advantage

  • Meal planning and prepping like The Rock

  • Creating a sleep ritual to improve your Zzzzzs

  • Giving your kitchen a makeover

  • Recovery techniques

  • Handling cravings and breaking old habits

  • Decreasing and managing stress

  • Self-awareness with why you're eating

  • Examining your self-destructive eating patterns and attitude towards change

  • Doing a little better each week and letting go of your harsh inner critic


WHAT IF I EAT PALEO, PLANT BASED, KETO, OR USE INTERMITTENT FASTING?

The beauty of these habits is that they are guided by overall flexible principals that do not demand you eat one specific way. We believe that each person is different and there isn’t only one way of eating well and feeling good. If you prefer a certain style of eating, your coach will work with you to navigate your preferences with each habit.


How am I held accountable to these habits?

There are several ways in which we both can see your compliance with the habits and daily reflections.

As you can see from the images below, you'll click on your daily habit indicating that ‘YES’ you made progress towards the habit or ‘NO’ you did not. You’ll also click either of the same options at the end of each lesson to indicate that you’ve read it. It's designed to be simple.

In the 'Your Progress' section of the dashboard, you'll see a weekly breakdown of your consistency with taking action. 

From your coach’s perspective, we can then see if you're having trouble with making progress on any specific habit. That way, we can easily reach out, ask questions, and listen so that we can brainstorm and troubleshoot together.

How is my progress measured?

Measurement options include full body photos, body circumference measurements, body weight and any additional measures of progress that are important to you, for example: clothing size, average energy level, health markers, sleep quality or quantity, daily stress levels, meals prepped a week, or digestion.  

Measurement opportunities are offered every two weeks for body weight and tape measurements and at four weeks for comparison photos. Having a wide range of measurements allows multiple data points to reflect the bigger picture instead of solely relying on the scale.

If you're not comfortable with these measurements of progress, you can opt out. There are many other ways to track lifestyle improvements, just let your coach know what’s important to you.

What if I go on vacation?

If you'll be away without access to the internet and want to keep up with your lessons and learning about new habits, just let your coach know know beforehand. We can send you the lessons ahead of time you can save or print them.

Many of these habits can be practiced anywhere regardless of the foods available. If continuing your progress over vacation is something you want to try, we’ve got your back.


Can my company, family, friends or fantasy football team start our own private coaching group with you?

10-month commitment: $175/month

5-month commitment: $199/month
