When you schedule a 15-minute, no-pressure call, our team will contact you to discuss your hopes and goals for your health.
Step 2: Get An Assessment
Your assessment will dive deep into your training and injury history, goals, and more, so we can create a safe training program just for you. Assessments can be either in-person or virtual.
Step 3: Crush Your Goals!
We coach you from afar with weekly check-ins to help you work out safely, follow your personalized training program, crush your goals, and set new ones!
TDAE Online Training
2-3x/Week Online Training Membership: $310.00
Personalized training programs can be written to be either 2x/week (8 total workouts) or 3x/week (12 total workouts).
Virtual training profile to track your progress, review workouts, and instantly communicate with your coach.
Bi-weekly check-in with your coach by phone call or video call.
